Sarah brings more than 25 years’ experience in leadership development, change initiatives, organisational development and finance. Starting her career in financial services, she has subsequently held a number of in-house senior leadership roles. She has global experience of delivering large development and change programmes across many countries, effectively enabling business results in complex, demanding and diverse environments.
Sarah is a skilled facilitator in leadership and change, designing and facilitating interventions for leadership teams. She brings a fresh approach which results in leaders gaining a true understanding and authentic approach to the realities they and others face working on their goals and purpose. She has successfully built capability within organisations, helping leaders to lead change with confidence, developing culture and behaviours which result in growth at an individual and organisational level.
