Björn Atterstam

Björn is an educator, facilitator and leadership expert. For more than 20 years he has been working with large organizations across the world to create novel and impactful approaches for developing strategy, organizations and individuals. His core areas of expertise include post-hierarchical forms of leadership, positive psychology and leadership in times of change. On an individual level, the essential contribution of his work is to help people show up with greater humanity and greater presence, at work and in life.
Björn studied at Columbia University and Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he is currently teaching and researching at Rotterdam School of Management where he is completing his PhD.
