Based in Dublin, Colette is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator, working in Ireland and internationally. She has 18 years’ experience delivering highly effective change in with a range of International Public and Private sector clients. Colette is an accredited Senior Practitioner Executive Coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Known for developing deep partnerships she works with clients to help them to identify and embed meaningful behavioural change that leads to systemic change.
Colette’s experience is built on strong commercial experience coupled with a psychological approach to development. Prior to working as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator she spent ten years in Microsoft and the FMCG sector working with teams, so they could achieve both personal and organisational goals.
