Frances is highly experienced in organisational development, working globally with Sheppard Moscow (as a Partner, and latterly Associate) consulting to global and UK companies on change and leadership development.
Her approach is informed by the belief we often do not know all we are capable of and development is about letting out what is there already, rather than pouring new things in. She brings a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, culture and complexity. Frances’ warmth and insight, and her ability to rapidly build trust creates a solid platform on which to create ambitious challenge, and she is brilliant at helping people to have the conversations they really want (or need) to have in order to make progress.
