I help leaders and teams unpack the dynamics that shape how they work together, opening new perspectives that influence their success. I support clients in connecting the dots across the organisation, surfacing unfinished business, and examining their impact on colleagues, stakeholders, and the wider system, encouraging curiosity, deeper dialogue, and transparency in conversations, creating the conditions for authentic contact and lasting change.

Before joining Sheppard Moscow, I held senior leadership roles in HR and organisation development, leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and running my own coaching practice. My most recent in-house role was as Head of Learning and Leadership Development for Banking and Markets at Bank of America, where I partnered with HR and senior leaders across EMEA and APAC to deliver talent strategy, leadership development, and organisational change initiatives. After that, I then joined an international bank’s OD team, supporting the top 400 leaders through team coaching, leadership retreats, and large-scale development programmes. This experience underpins my pragmatic, systems-aware consulting approach today.

I bring deep sector expertise in financial services, having partnered with a wide range of global banks, and also have experience with multinational organisations in airlines, culture and the arts, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail, and the digital/software sector. Based in London, with extensive experience living and working in Hong Kong and Dubai, I work with CEOs, ExCos, and senior leadership teams to evolve leadership culture, embed coaching practices, resolve conflict, and strengthen organisational effectiveness.
