Jen is a core member of the Operations team with a key focus on client program management, marketing and digital initiatives. Jen’s purpose is to bring her positive energy and hopeful light to work situations, and to enhance every interaction a client has with Sheppard Moscow.
With an ‘activator’ super-power, Jen loves problem-solving, especially tricky and unique challenges, drawing from her broad and deep experience in business development and project management to successfully see things through from discovery to implementation. Clients trust Jen to hold the whole system in mind, applying her strong understanding of their business and well-honed program management skills to stay focused on what matters most. When she is managing programs, participants respond well to Jen’s insight and strong relational approach.
