Based in London, Paul works in the UK, Ireland and internationally. His leadership career was spent in the Technology sector where he worked for major organisations as well as smaller specialist companies and a number of start-ups. His work afforded opportunities to work across Europe and the US. He led the launch and growth of the European businesses of 2 US companies. Paul has 15 years’ coaching and facilitation experience in Leadership and Team Development, helping senior teams to increase their effectiveness, enhance their relationships and deepen their resilience while embracing the challenges of their context or strategy.
Paul is experienced at working with individuals and teams that are facing personal or systemic challenges and is experienced by clients as insightful, supportive and curious.
