As the Head of Operations, I work to create more time for the team to do the human work – enriching the client relationships that lie at the centre of Sheppard Moscow’s services. With well over a decade of experience founding and directing start-ups, I implement my depth of organisational knowledge from my own successful businesses.

Recently, I have implemented a new digital platform designed to better capture the lifecycle of a programme, from the proposal to realised impact. This was an important change for the organisation as it served as an enabler for the recent organisational transformation. This innovation means we have better information sharing, data-driven decisions, and streamlined reporting, improving our client service.

Before joining Sheppard Moscow, I was an entrepreneur for 10 years, building my own translation business in France, representing over 30 translators. Later I launched a start-up in London helping people learn language through socialising and human connection. When Covid hit, I pivoted to working in the leadership development sector. I was ultimately drawn to working at Sheppard Moscow because of their human approach to organisational transformation, which resonates strongly with my passion for fostering human relationships.

What drives me most is making a positive impact in business and people’s lives. I love developing others and witnessing that lightbulb moment when potential becomes performance and joy. I am excited to continue creating environments where teams are empowered and people feel valued, engaged, and inspired.
