Based in London, I partner with global clients across sectors—from FMCG to finance and international development—helping leaders build resilience, agency, and collaborative cultures. My work spans Southeast Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, with a focus on enabling systemic, values-driven change.

I’ve led leadership programmes and coaching engagements with organisations including Unilever, L’Oréal, UBS, BP, Oxfam, and the European Commission. Highlights include a year-long C-suite transformation programme at Ticketmaster, and an 18-month inclusive leadership initiative for over 2,000 leaders at L’Oréal across Europe.

With over 25 years in organisational development, I bring a systemic lens and deep experience in group dynamics, Gestalt-based learning, and dialogic methods. My background in large-scale facilitation and coaching informs a practical, insight-driven approach.
