I am a seasoned leadership development consultant, coach, and facilitator with over 13 years’ experience supporting senior leaders across finance, media, professional services, non-profits and international development. I work with executive teams and senior leaders to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and lead with confidence and creativity. My approach is to create energising learning environments where leaders feel both supported and stretched so they can take risks, experiment with new approaches and grow together.
I am proud to be a certified professional executive coach with APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision), where I also serve as Vice Chair and Director of Inclusion. I bring deep expertise and a strong commitment to inclusive leadership development, drawing on evidence-based coaching and leadership theory alongside models such as psychological safety, systems thinking and adult development. Beyond theory, my facilitation is experiential. I invite leaders to notice what happens “in the moment”, reflect on their patterns and use peer feedback to build awareness of self and system which can act as a catalyst for whole-self evolution.
Clients and colleagues often describe my style as warm, clear, and curious. This enables participants to feel at ease while engaging in honest, energising dialogue that transforms leadership practice. I also host leadership retreats in nature and am a regular speaker and podcast guest.
