Now based in London, I have over 20 years of experience in organizational and leadership development. I have lived and worked all over the world including Cambodia, India and New Zealand. I’ve worked for large corporates, NGOs and small start-ups.
The main thrust of my consulting work has been about helping organizational systems develop and grow through great leadership. Prior to joining Sheppard Moscow, I was a Partner and Director of a London-based consulting firm that focused on the telecoms, technology and private equity sectors with clients such as: Vodafone, Black Swan Data and CDC Group. And before that, I was based in Asia and was Associate Director at Deloitte, working for clients including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Tesco and Novartis.
