I have over 25 years of experience in organisational and leadership development. Currently residing in London, I have lived and worked all over the world, including Cambodia, India, and New Zealand. I’ve worked across a diverse range of sectors and organisations.
Working with such groups like Advent International, I lead our Private Equity practice, partnering with Private Equity firms to enhance organisational effectiveness by developing seamless alignment with their portfolio companies. My aim for these groups is to drive value creation, transformational growth, and ROI through fully realising the people and leadership potential. This aligns perfectly with my purpose and passion: helping organisational systems develop and grow through great leadership. Representative client work includes HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Tesco, and Novartis, with recent work in Vodafone, McLaren and Gymshark.
Prior to joining Sheppard Moscow, I was a Partner and Director of a London-based consulting firm that focused on the telecoms, technology, and private equity sectors, with clients such as Vodafone, Black Swan Data, and CDC Group. Before that, I was based in Asia and was Associate Director at Deloitte.
