For example, we have helped high potentials to transition from technical management into leadership in the private sector arm of the world’s leading MDBs; while we continue to help one of the largest IFIs on its journey to transform its leadership culture; we have been working with Europe’s largest multinational public sector bank to upgrade its leadership's capacity for complexity; and we’ve recently started working with an Asian infrastructure focused MDB to grow its senior leadership capability
